Itinerary
After arriving in Katra, all tourists will have to reach our hotel. Since entry inside the railway station is not possible, you will have to reach the hotel at your own expense. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the Katra Railway Station. If there are more than 10 passengers, a complimentary pick-up will be provided from Jammu Railway Station after train no. 19223 arrives at 7 : 30 pm. The pick-up departs from opposite Annapurna Bhojnalaya. Please note : Tourists arriving by air will have to pay Rs 2600 at the time of booking for Innova or equivalent vehicle for pick up from Jammu airport and transfer to hotel in Katra.
After breakfast at 6:00 am, travellers will depart for Vaishnao Devi darshan from Katra at their own expense. Each traveller must visit the Yatra Slip Counter to obtain a Yatra slip after reaching Banganga, about 12 km from Katra. The return journey can be made on foot, by horse, or doli at the traveller’s expense. For those opting for a helicopter darshan, bookings must be made online 60 days in advance at www.maavaishnodevi.org.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel at 8:00 am, we will depart by bus for Patnitop, located 85 km away, a scenic 3-hour drive. Patnitop offers a unique and unforgettable experience with its snowstorms and breath-taking natural beauty. Often referred to as "Mini Kashmir," this hill station is known for its cool climate and picturesque landscapes. After spending some time exploring, we will leave Patnitop around 4:30 pm and return to Katra by night.(Nattha Top will have to go voluntarily and at his own expense.)
After breakfast at the hotel at 7:00 am, we will depart by bus for Shivkhodi, located 85 km away, a 3-hour journey. Upon arrival at Ransu parking, the village of Shivkhodi is about 2 km away, with the Shiva Cave situated approximately 4 km further from the village. Travelers can reach these sites by foot, horse, dolly, or a mini bus, all at their own expense. After witnessing the magnificent Shiva Linga in the cave, we will enjoy a satisfying lunch before departing for Katra.
After having tea and breakfast at 6 am in Katra, travel with other tourists by train no. 12920 Malwa Express Railway departing from Katra at 8.30 am (own expense). After arriving at Pathankot Cantt at 12:30 pm, depart for Amritsar by vehicle as per the number. After reaching Amritsar, leave for Wagah Border. (Approx. 30 km-45 minutes) At 5 pm, witness the grand parade of the Beating Retreat Ceremony full of patriotism at the International Wagah Border of India-Pakistan. After visiting the Golden Temple in the evening, return to the hotel.
After an early check-out from the hotel at 7:00 am, the tour concludes with a drop-off at Jalandhar Cantonment Railway Station from Amritsar.

The Cost Includes
- Hotel Arrangements:Tourists will be provided AC room in Katra Hotel for 5 nights as well as non AC room in Dalhousie for 2 nights and AC room in Hotel for 1 night in Amritsar. In which 1 extra mattress will be given to 3 persons in 1 room of 2 beds, and only 1 extra mattress will be given to 4 persons in 1 room of 2 beds. If a package of 4 persons is taken in 1 room of 2 beds, then 3 persons will have to sleep compulsory on a double bed and an extra mattress for 1 persons will be provided on the ground, That is why there will be a crisis or take another room, if anyone wants extra mattress pay cash directly at the payment counter. (Tour Manager facility will not be available in Tour-2 and Tour-3.)Vehicle Arrangement :To go to Patnitop and Shivkhodi in Tour-1, tto tourist has to travel by 2 * 2 non AC bus or other small non AC vehicle according to the rotation system. If there are more than 10 tourists for Tour-2 and Tour-3, Tempo Travels or other non-AC vehicle will be arranged to go from Pathankot to Dalhousie, Khajiar or Amritsar-Wagha border or if there is less person than the difference of vehicle will have to be paid separately.Meal Arrangement:Pure and vegetarian meals have been arranged daily by our own Gujarati chef in Katra for Tour-1 tourists. Mineral water will be on its own. You will get Jain food but you have to inform the tour manager in advance. Lunch will not be available if the number of tourists is less than 25 persons, but only breakfast and dinner will be provided from the hotel restaurant. Breakfast and dinner will be provided by the hotel restaurant during the Dalhousie-Khaziar visit for Tour 2 tourists, but lunch will be on its own as there is no charge for lunch. We have not charged any kind of tea-snacks or meals for the tourists of Tour - 3 Amritsar-Wagha border in the travel price so the tourists will have to make the arrangement on their own.In order to provide good and timely facilities to the family when a tourist is booking a tour, we also recommend hotel booking, vehicle booking in advance. Kitchen staff and good tour managers are booked in advance, but any natural or man-made and suddenly raised Unusual and difficult circumstances such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, earthquakes, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, trains or flights. Due to rescheduling or cancellation or illness, death of a relative or an epidemic like the current corona which we call in common parlance “ACT OF GOD”. In case the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled due to any other reason like “ACT OF GOD”, we also have to pay in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses are non-refundable, so if the tour is cancelled, you will be given a credit note with one year validity of the amount paid and In case of cash and check will not refund. Through this credit note the traveller can join any of our other trips.
The Cost Excludes
- Our Travels will not be liable for any sudden lock-down or other restrictions as per government order during Corona's circumstances. Responsibility for any natural or man-made and sudden emergencies such as floods, heavy rains, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, agitations, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight rescheduling. In case of cancellation or any other reason like illness, death of a relative, if the tour is cancelled before going on tour or during the current tour, the above mentioned full amount paid for tour booking per person 4000 / - will be non-refundable and no refund of any other amount will be given.
